Planning to graduate in December?

If you are planning to graduate in December you must apply for graduation. The graduation application deadline as passed. If you missed the deadline, but are still graduating in December:

• Stop by Centennial Hall, room 202, to fill out a paper application to graduate
  • Because of late application, there is no guarantee your name will appear in the graduation program
• If you hoped to walk at graduation (meaning not officially graduate), and did not already apply, you will not be able to walk at graduation

Need to make an appointment?

Please contact the College of Science Undergraduate Advising Center at 512.245.1315 to schedule an appointment. You can also stop by to schedule an appointment, at Centennial Hall, room 202. We do not schedule appointments by email.

Individual appointments are available in 30 minute sessions:

• Non-registration periods: 30 minute appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 2-4:00 p.m.
• Registration periods: 30 minute appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-4:00 p.m. Schedule well ahead of time.
