Grade Appeal

Use this form if you want to appeal/protest a grade you received in a course.

The College of Science Advising Center acts as a facilitator for the grade appeal process and does not make any decisions regarding your grade change.

In accordance with Texas State's records retention policies, a student appeal for a change of grade must be filed no later than 2 years after the grade is issued.
