Tuition Rebate

You must apply for the tuition rebate during the semester you plan on graduating.  Complete the Tuition Rebate Application form when you apply to graduate.  The form must be submitted to the College of Science Undergraduate Advising Center, Centennial Hall 202, prior to the official date of graduation but not before the beginning of your final semester.  If you do not graduate because you did not meet the graduation requirements, you will need to complete another form for the next semester in which you are eligible.

The form can be located online.  After the final grades are posted, the College of Science Undergraduate Advising Center will review your records for academic eligibility.  If eligible, your form will be sent to the Texas State Accounting Office for financial review.  The College of Science Undergraduate Advising Center will notify only those students who are not academically eligible.  The Accounting Office will review the academically eligible students and notify them if they will or will not receive the tuition rebate. You must meet the qualifications below in order to be academically eligible for the tuition rebate. Please note that even if you are eligible academically, you may not be financially eligible.
